All we ask is that you publish at least one Post per month. A Post (or Entry, as I sometimes call it) is different from a Comment. You can add a Comment to any Post you wish. Feel free to do so, because Comments always enhance blog Posts. Add as many Comments as you wish. But remember, we want you to publish at least one Post per month. In June 2008, as we appraoached the first anniversary of The Palomar, our members had published more than 125 Posts! That should be very easy for big band fans to do. Talk about your favorite big bands, leaders, sidemen, arrangers, vocalists, song writers, songs, ballrooms, night clubs, and so on. What about your record collection? How long have you been collecting big band music? Do you have those old 78 rpm records? 45s? LPs? CDs? How often do you listen to them? Feel free to write about the big bands of yesterday -- or the big bands of today! Above all, write from your heart! One last thing: DO NOT USE ALL CAPS! They look like you're shouting at your reader. I will delete any Entry or Comment submitted in ALL CAPS. If you do not wish to join The Palomar, that's OK, too.
